Inspeximus of letters patent dated at La Warde, 23 August, 3 Edward I., and attested by G[eoffrey] de Gyenvill, the justiciary of Ireland, signifying to aut bishop of Cloyne, that the king hes granted to Master John de Haffeld, king's clerk, whatever pertains to the king as to the church of Fryske, void and in the king's gift by reason of his custody of the land and heir of John son of John de Cogan, and that he presents the said Master John to be instituted.
