Grant to Ralph de Nevill and his heirs, in exchange for the manor of Evre by Woxbrugg of the value of 901. yearly, which the said. Ralph has granted to the king and his heirs, at his request, for an equivalent of land and rent to be granted to the said Ralph and his heirs, of the rent of 40/. which Henry de Percy pays to the king for the town of Corbrigge, co. Northumberland, and of the reversion of the rent of 511. 7s. 4d. issuing out of the cornage in the county of Cumberland, which Richard de Denton takes for life, by grant of the king, to wit 50/. thereof, in full satisfaction of the said land and rent, he rendering to the king and his heirs the remaining 27s. 3d.
