for a fine made by the king's clerk, Thomas de Neusum, made to him by Margaret late the wife of John de Echebrigg of a void plot in le Tymberheth in the parish of Sumerset, London, to hold to him and his heirs of the king which plot the king granted to the said Margaret by dated 10 June, 11 Edward II, after inquisition made and grant that the said Thomas and-his heirs may build hold the same so built on to them and their heirs of the his heirs quit and discharged of the arrears of any services and it was charged to the king or his progenitors, at the 4d. yearly at the Exchequer by the hands of the said sheriffs.
