Mandate to the sheriff of Warwick to cause the above-mentioned Thomas de Garshale, lately appointed in conjunction with Ralph de Shirleygh to collect the tenth in the county of Warwick, to come before him and the said Ralph to take oath that he will ithfully execute the said office according to articles which the king has delivered to the said Ralph, as it appears that the said Thomas has not yet taken the oath.
