Ratification and confirmation of the perambulation of the forest in the county of Surrey, made, in accordance with the Carta de Foresta of Henry [III.], by inquisitions taken before Thomas Tregoz, John de Stonore, John de Ifeld and John Daubernoun, and afterwards by the view of the said persons and by the oath of Henry Husee and Heury de Monte Forti, knights, Robert le Dol, Henry de Somerbury, William Husee, John de Bures, the elder, Nicholas le Bacheler, John Prodhomme, William de Porkle, John atte Stokette, Robert de Ditton and John Kyngesuode, jurors, who say that in the time of the king's grandfather no perambulation was made in Surrey, but that the perambulation to be made in those forests is to be begun at Waymuthe and thence along the Thames to Loderlakeshacche, where three counties meet, namely Surrey, Berks and Bucks, and thence to the eastern corner of the park of Windsor, and thence to the mill of Harpesford, and thence to Thornhulle, and thence to Sydweye, and thence to la Lee, and so to Horton, and thence by the middle of la Shete to Gundrichesford, and thence to Roluescrouche, and thence to Wysshmoresden, and thence to Brydeford, where three counties meet, namely Eaeey, tee and Scathampton, and oie the whcle conney of Surrey is without the forest and was in the time of Henry, the ki a ereat gran father.
