Jan. 1310, and witnessed by Masters Ralph Barri, chancellor, Robert de Lasci, treasurer, Henry de Beningworth, subdean, Roger de Rothekell, archdeacon of Bedford, William de Okeham, archdeacon of Stowe, Robert de Kinelygworth, canon of Lincoln, Philip de Kima, and William Cause, knights. The consent of the dean, Roger de Martivailis, and the chapter is dated 3 Kal. Jan, 1310. To Tido de Varesio. Indult to hold his canonries and prebends of Beauvais, Salisbury, and Lichfield, for three years during non-residence. Concurrent mandate to the abbot of St. Aubert s, Cambray, and two others named. To John de Foresta. Dispensation, at the request of queen Isabella, whose clerk he is, to accept two or more additional benefices, to the amount of 200 marks, including the value of those he already has.
