To the prior and convent of Watton, of the order of Sempringham, Confirmation, with exemplification, of the appropriation made by the archbishop of York, of the neighbouring church of Hoton, of their prtronage, to take effect on the death of the rector, Robert de Pynkering, a perpetual vicar is to be appointed, with a stipend of 24 marks and fees for special masses and marriages, with the smith s house and another contiguous, with a garden and croft adjoining the cemetery, and another croft across the road, for which, and for his beasts, he is to be tithe-free ; dated Cawood, 18 Kal. Dec. 1302, with consent of the dean and chapter under the same date. ; To John de Bohoum, successively rector of Redermershull, in he diocese of Durham, value 40 marks, and of Laylond, in that of Coventry and Lichfield, value 10/.
