Order to the sheriff of Devon to deliver to bail Ellis de Kingesford, taken by the justices late in eyre in the county, and detained in the prison of Exeter, if he will find mainpernors for rendering at Michaelmas next 79 marks which he received from John Barun, and which pertain to the king among other goods of the said John by reason of the felony for which he was hanged, or that he will return to the said prison on the said feast to be detained as now.
