Order to cause proclamation to be made inhibiting the holding of any markets for so long as the king, who is going with horses and arms and his army to Wales against L lewelyn] son of Griffin and his accomplices, shall be in those parts, and that all those who have wares cr victuals for sale may safely bring them to the king and his army, and that the king will save them harmless, and will cause them to have full and speedy payment for such victuals carried and sold there.
