the justices of the Bench. Order not to permit Mary le Soper to be concerning the following book, as it is testified before the king by coroners of co. Warwick that Gregory de Caldewell was outlawed for in that county, whereby his goods and chattels came to the king as and that the king gave a book from the said goods to Roger de Mari, and Margery, late the wife of the said Gregory, exacts by before the said justices the said book from Mary le Soper as if it was of the forfeited goods of the said Gregory. the keeper of the forest of Kenefare.
