Adam Peshale keeper of the forest of Morf, and to his representa- Order, upon petition of the sacrist of the cathedral church of Mary Worcester, to deliver to him twelve oaks of that forest fit roofing the said church. Guy de Briene constable of the castle of St. Breavel, and to his Strict order under a pain of 100 marks, upon petition made behalf of Thomas de Berkele, to cease every unlawful excuse and mainprise of Ralph Waleys, Richard Lange, James Gaygner and Waryn of Gloucestershire to cause Robert Waryn and Robert of Piryton, tenants and servants of the said Thomas, to be free if lawfully replevisable, certifying the king and council at quinzaine of Michaelmas next of the cause of their imprisonment, if they be not replevisable, order to be in person in chancery on
