Mandate to Philip Luvel, the treasurer, during the absence of the prior of Hurle, whom the king is shortly sending as his envoy to Spain, to take care of his priory and maintain its lands and possessions, and protect it according to the tenor of the protection which the king caused to be made to him. The prior and convent of the Holy Trinity, and the dean and chapter of St. Patrick's, Dublin, have licence to elect an archbishop by Fulk, canon of the Holy Trinity, and Master John de Bathurgham coming to the king with letters of the said convent and chapter praying for licence to elect.
