Appointment, during pleasure, of William de Boeles to the custody of the castles of Muntgomery and Sneth, and the king has assigned to him in time of peace and truce the borough of Muntgomery, with the desmesnes thereof, and the other appurtenances of the said manor, for the maintenance of himself and the custody of the said castles, he rendering yearly at the Exchequer 20/.; saving to the king the foreign hundred.
