Grant, in consideration of the service of Jocelin de Oye, sometime king's serjeant, that Robert de Oya and John his brother, sons of the said Jocelin, shall be provided for in 100s. yearly of land, out of escheats ; and Queen Eleanor and R. ear of Cornwall, are to confer the same upon them and their heirs, when such escheats fall in, and they be certified thereof by the abbot of Persore and James Fresel, escheators on this side Trent, to whom the king has written about this.
