Mandate to Henry de Bathonia and his fellows, justices appointed to hold pleas attermined before the king and council, that, if the king or his heirs recover a carucate of land in La Wythall in the manor of Bromesgrave, which Richard son of Richard de Coston holds and the king claims from him as his escheat, they shall cause the king's serjeant Master Paulinus de Baumpton or his heirs to have seisin of it, as the king has granted it to them on that condition.
