Whereas Master William de Kilkenny, archdeacon of Coventry, at the great and constant instance, has undertaken the keeping of the hospitals which Roger, sometime the king's almoner, had from the the king wills that the said William and his heirs, and the executors his will be quit of all account and reckoning for the whole time that shall hold the said keeping.
