Pardon to John de Dummere, who being lately convicted before William de Herle and his fellows, justices of the Bench by a jury of twenty-four knights whereon he put himself, of perjury in an inquisition taken at Westminster, before William de Bereford and his fellows, justices of the Bench of Edward II., between Ralph de Camoys, plaintiff, and Walter son of Lucy de Meriet, tenant, of the manor of Bradeford by Taunton (certain tenements therein excepted), was on that occasion committed tothe Flete prison, and his goods were forfeited and his lands seized .
