to William Bonevile, knight, Nicholas Assheton, Thomas William Bere, Robert Colyn and the sheriff of Cornwall to make in the said county touching the complaint of Roland Norman, master of a balinger called la Marie of Pountrewe, and of Richard late master of a barge called Seint Michell of Pountrewe in that they, sailing of late with the said vessels laden with salt to value of 2500 francs, were attacked and taken by evildoers in two of Folmouth called la Flour de la Mere and le Jesus, and to make herein. :
