Exemplification, at the request of the prior and convent of Westacre, of letters patent dated 5 May, 13 Edward II., accidentally lost, being a licence for the alienation in mortmain by Matilda de Tony of three messuages, 100 acres of land, 100 acres of pasture and 10s. rent in Grymeston, Cangham, Rydon, Wyvelyng, Apelton, Marham and Westacre, for finding a chaplain to celebrate divine service daily in the chapel of St. Katharine newly built by the said Matilda in the cemetery of the church of Apelton for the souls of the said Matilda, Robert her late husband and others.
