Grant to Guneelinus de Badelesmere, who is going beyond seas with the king on his service, of the custody during the minority of the heirs of Philip Burnell, tenant in chief, of land and rent to the value of 1O0/, a year, in extension of a former grant to him of a custody of that value for five years. Aug. 20. Licenee for Hugh de Mortuo Mari, tenant in chief, to enfeoff William, Winchelsea. bishop of Bath and Wells. of the manors of Dumberden, Codruge, Lemeton, Farleye, Hanbruge, Norton and Burford ; and for him to re-grant these to the said ITugh, Mrtilda his wife, and his heirs.
