The like to Hervey de Staunton and William de Colneye, on complaint by John de Hoo of Laxfeld, that John Ofthebrygge of Laxfeld with Adam, Peter and Thomas his brothers, Hamo de Ukenhulle, Thomas de Rokyngham and Jolin Nichole the younger assaulted him at Laxfeld, co. Suffolk, curried away his goods, and depastured and trampled down his grass and growing corn. By the Chancellor, because at another time he made a fine of 20s., and it was inrclled. (Inserted at a later date.) Afterwards Robert Baynard was assigned in the place of William de Colneye to hear the matter. 15.
