The like to the same touching the persons who destroyed by night tumbrels set up for the execution of the judgments upon transgressors of the assises of bread and ale residing within the liberties of the prior of the Holy Trinity, Norwich, of Holmstrete, and Spytellond, co. Norfolk, and carried away the timbers thereof; such judgments and executions having been granted by charters of the crown to the suid prior and his church.
