Mandate to the assessors of the fortieth in the county of York to assess and collect the same upon the lands of J. earl of Lincoln, W. earl of Albemarle and Richard de Percy, and upon the lands which are of their fee, the king having commanded the said J. W. and Richard to permit the same to be collected therein without difficulty in the same form in which it has been assessed and collected upon the lands of others. Request to that effect, by letters close, to J. earl of Lincoln, W. earl of Albemarle and Richard de Percy.
