Pardon to John de Breideston of the outlawry in the county of Kent published against him while he was in the king's service in Ireland for nonappearance before William la Zousche and his fellows, justices of oyer and terminer, to answer touching an indictment that he with others, while an assise of novel disseisin was pending between William Moraunt and John Lyoun and Alice his wife touching a mlll in Sevenok, by conspiracy procured the said John and Alice to be indicted of the theft of a horse and then imprisoned, whereby John was hanged and the said William recovered the mill against Alice while so imprisoned.
