Appointment of John de Lythegreynes, escheator beyond Trent, and Thomas de Weston, bailiff of Holdernesse to cause due compensation to be made out of the king's demesne lands to the following men and commonalty for the following lands, which, as appears by an inquisition made at the king's command by the said Thomas de Weston, were included within the king's park of Tottele by Thomas de Normanvill, late escheator beyond Trent, deceased, to wit, of the land of Lucy, daughter of John Bernard, 17 acres 11 perches, and 1 acre 8 perches of meadow, extended at 14s. 44d. ; of the land of William son of Nicholas, Stephen Gilberd and Robert White (Albi), 4 acres 34 roods 2 perches of land and one rood of meadow, extended at 4s. Otd. ; of the land of Michael le Aumoner, 5 acres 4 rood of land and a rood of meadow, extended at 4s. 24d.; of the land of William le Fevre, acres 15 perches of land and 4 rood of meadow, extended at 2s. 114d. ; of the lands of Adam Gilberd, 2 acres 14 rood 11 perches of land, and j rood of meadow, extended at 2s.; of the lands of Henry de Parco, 4 acres ronds 2 perches of land and a rood of meadow, extended at 4s. ak of the lands of Peter Meys, 54 acres of land, and a rood of meadow, extended at 4s. 6d. ; and 3 roods of land and 2 acres half a rood one perch of meadow belonging to the commonalty of the town of Bondebrustwyk, extended at Ss. 9d.
