The like to all persons this side of the sea of Scotland, to give credence to Hugh de Cressingham and Osbert de Spaldington. Power to Hugh de Cressingham, Walter de Huntercumbe, William de Mortuo Mari and Osbert de Spaldington, to do favours in the king's name, touching thuse things which they beg the king 10 do, to all thuse of the realm of Scotland who are in the king's peace and stay in it, and from whom the said commissioners shall receive security to come to the king and go with him in his own person on his service beyond seas for the defence of the realm.
