Association of Thomas de Burneham, in the room of John Dyne, now deceased, with Gilbert de Thorneton and Ralph de Paynel in a commission to remove the obstructions in the course of the river Ancolne, as it appears by inquisition ad guod damnum made by the sheriff of Lincoln, that it will be for the benefit of the country if it is cleared from Bishop's Bridge to the river Humbre, as the meadows and pastures are without water, and ships and boats can no longer pass into the parts of Lyndeseye as they were wont to do.
