Commission of oyer and terminer to J. de Cobeham, J. le Bretun and de Bereford, on complaint by divers citizens, brewers of London, that they long ago complained before Bogo de Knovill and his justices appointed to hear complaints touching the king's ministers London, of injuries committed against them by William de Leyre and Romeyn, then sheriffs of London, whereupon the said justices Ralph de Sandwico, then keeper of the city, and the aldermen to cause to be done, nevertheless justice has not been done, and in consethereof Ralph le Blund and Hamo Box, afterwards sheriffs, and Russel and Henry le Bule, now sheriffs, following in the footsteps their predecessors, oppress and amerce the complainants at their will. commission of oyer and terminer touching this matter was formerly to the said J. de Cobeham, W. de Bereford and Ralph de Sandwico, by reason of the removal of the said Ralph from the keepership of the nothing was done and the present commission is issued.
