Mandate to John de Crumbwell, keeper of the forest beyond Trent, or uch as shall supply his place in Ingelwode Forest to admit to the custody of the bailiwick of Plumpton in the latter forest such person as shall be nominated by Henry de Acun, chaufcire. The said bailiwick was lately taken into the king's hands because of a trespass in vert and venison committed by Thomas son of John de Hoton, and has been granted to Henry de Acun, for service to the late king in the Chancery, for such time as it remains in the king's hands, but he is too much occupied in the business of the Chancery to execute the office in person.
