Commission of oyer and terminer to William de Sutton, William Trussel and Roger Sprengehose on complaint by Alice, late the wife of Peter Corbet, that Peter son of Peter Corbet, Reginald de Chavernes, John of the Brok, Walter le Recevour, Robert le Harpur, Henry le Prude, William Purdieu, William Smart, William Walymot and others prevented her bailiffs of the third part of the liberty of Caus and Munsterlee, co. Salop, which she holds in dower by gift of her late husband, from holding cognisance of pleas in her court of her men and tenants of her said third part, and from doing justice for them in the ssid court, and from receiving amercements there from them; distrained her said men and tenants for amercements in which they were amerced in the said Peter's courts of Caus, Munsterlee, Wontenoure, Worthyn, and Yokelthull; broke her park at Fenyton by Caus, and led away some beasts impounded there, and an ox of hers found at Munsterlee; entered her free chace at Wontenoure and took from her hunters a buck which had been taken by them, hunted therein and carried away deer; carried away her goods at Shelve and assaulted her men there.
