Commission to Master Richard de Abyndon and Henry de Cobham to go to the town of New Sarum and assess the tallage there, and to Sppoint persons to collect and deliver the same to S. bishop of Salisbury, in pursuance of a charter of Henry III. to the citizens there that the bishops should receive the same whenever tallage is assessed in the king's demesnes ; notwithstanding that the citizens surrendered their liberties into the kinz s hands in the parliament at Westminster; and the come missioners are to certify the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer of what they do. 11.
