Pardon to Adam Durdent, parson of the church of St. Mary, Maydewell, in consideration of a fine made by him in the chancery, for acquiring in mortmain a toft in Maydewell by feoffment of . . . Seyton for him and his successors to find two candles burning in that church at the celebration of the mass, which toft was taken into the king's hands for the said trespass, and licence for him to have it again.
