The like, at the request of H. king of Norway, to William Haward and John le Bretun, op complaint by Olaf Ivari, merchant of Norway, that whereas he made an agreement ct the town of Hulcham, co. Norfolk, with Adam Silk of that town, to load a ship in Norway with logs of a specified length and breadth, and send them to the said town, for which the said Adam was to pay Olaf a specified sum upon the latter's return to Holcham ; although Adam received logs to the value of 1471. 8s. he has only paid 407. thereof, and refuses to pay the residue. They are to hear the pleadings of both parties uccording to merchant law, and if necessary to make enquiry oY jury of the towns of Lenne, Blakeneye and Holcham, and other good men of the county of Norfolk.
