Grant to William le Corveyser of Hereford, in consideration of a fine made by him at the Exchequer, of the houses and cellar in Hereford, late of William son of William le Mercer, which became the king's escheats by reason of the felony of the said William, for which he was outlawed, and which are extended at 37s., saving the services due to other lords, as appears by the record and process of John de Berewyk and his fellows, justices lately in eyre in the county of Hereford, which the king has had brought before him. 23.
