Grant to Roger Assent, in recompense of his horses and harness which he lost at the battle of Shrewsbury, of a horse late of John Morys, late messenger of Thomas Percy, late earl of Worcester, with all goods late of the said John, forfeited because he is at present an adherent of Owyn Gleyndourdy, rebel; to have the horse, which is in the custody of John Russell of Little Ilford, co. Essex, to the value of 2 marks and the goods to the value of 5 marks, so that he answer for any surplus. By p.s.
