to the sheriff of Norfolk and Reynold de Eccles to inquisition in the said county touching an information that is a certain sweet water by the king's ferry called Seint Olof, Norfolk, and that very many persons near the ferry and others by the same were wont to cross it often for the sake of their horses and other animals therein, and that some persons those parts, scheming to destroy the king's profits and to hinder passage across the ferry, have newly erected a dyke round the water and have committed very many damages and grievances the deterioration of the ferry. to Robert de Beverley, serjeant-at-arms, to arrest de Weston, clerk, bring him to Corf castle and deliver him by to the constable thereof for safe keeping in the castle prison further order.
