Pardon to Robert Wyghthyll late of Whyghthyll, co. Oxford, gentilman, of his outlawry in the county of Oxford for not appearing before the king when sued with Richard Mauncell late of Wyghthill, gentilman, and Elizabeth his wife and John Smyth late of Walgrave, co, Northampton, chapman, to answer John Samwell on a charge of having forged a deed concerning lands of the latter in Olney, Weston, Waryngton and Scheryngton, co. Buckingham, and published it at Wyghthyll, he having surrended to the Marshalsea prison, as Thomas Billyng, chief justice of the King's Bench, has certified.
