. 178 Commission of oyer and terminer to Henry de Cobham and John de Tfeld on complaint by Henry de Combmartyn, that, whereas he had lately at London freighted a ship of Whitsand and put on board her 10 sacks of wool for conveyance to the town of St. Omer, to trade with, certain men of the county of Kent boarded the said ship when on her yoyage to St. Omer, in the river Thames near Faversham, and carried away four of his sacks of wool, of the price of 80 marks. By the keeper of the Seal at the instance of John de Ousthorpe.
