Licence also, notwithstanding the statute of mortmain, for the archbishop to appropriate the said church with its chapels, and to hold it to himself and his successors, English archbishops of the place, provided if it happen that any other than an Englishman be elected, preferred or in any other manner confirmed into the archbishopric of the-said place, then the adyowson of the said church of Dungarvan with its chapels shall revert to the king and his heirs to possess without contradiction of the archbishop, dean and chapter of the church of Cashel, and nevertheless the said plot and prison and other things granted, as above expressed by the said archbishop, dean and chapter, to the king shall remain to him and his heirs.
