Grant, in fee simple, to Richard de Exonia, of land to the value of 20/. yearly in Connoukt, in Ireland (near his own laud there), which Robert de Ufford, the justiciary of Ireland, lately committed to him in fee farm, to hold henceforth at the service of half a knight's fee, with remission to him of all arrears of the said fee farm to the present day, and of the yearly rent thereof due to the king until a year after Michaelmas jiext. 385
