Appointment of John de Fyfide to make view of the state of the debts due to the king and from the king to others in Ireland, and to provide in every port where wools and hides are laden and exported two good and true men to collect the new custom thereon until further orders, and in other ways take measures touching the new custom, as he is enjoined. Simple protection and safe-conduct, for five years, for Bernard de Montibus.
