Commission to William de Dun, Thomas le Rus, John de Monemue, and Eustace de Everle to deliver the gaol of Old Sarum of Thomas son of Eustace and Andrew Spileman, taken and imprisoned there for the death of Nicholas le Frye, if they wish to put themselves upon the country.
