Provision of the rectory of Kynkel, in the diocese of Aberdeen ; notwithstanding that he has a canonry and prebend of Brechin, value 10 marks, and is rector of Tanadas, in the diocese of St. Andrews, which he is to resign, and is litigating about a prebend of Dunkeld, and has a papal provision of a canonry of Aberdeen, with reservation of a prebend. Concurrent mandate to the abbot of Cupar, the prior of St. Andrews, and another named.
