Commission and mandate to grant a dispensation to Patrick de Dumbar, and Agnes, [daughter] of Ralph of the diocese of St. Andrews, to intermarry, they being related in the fourth degree. If they are excommunicate they are to be absolved, andif the realm is under an interdict, it may be relaxed to allow of the celebration of the marriage.
