To all prelates, secular and regular, in England, Ireland and Wales, the Hospitallers excepted. Monition and exhortation to pay to the archbishops of Canterbury and Dublin, and to the bishop of London, the tenth of the proceeds of their benefices for one year from the present date, to meet the king's expenses in defending his realm.
