Ratification of the provision made of the rectory of Radeclive, in the diocese of York, resigned by Lewis de Bellomonte, bishop of Durham, certain persons having asserted that the said church was held by John, bishop of Winchester, and not by Lewis. To John de Torp. - Provision, at the request of the bishop of Lincoln, of the rectory cf Outhebi (Oadby), value 19 marks, void by the cession of William de Boudon, who held it as a pluralist without papal dispensation. Concurrent mandate to the prior of St. Katherine's without Lincoln, and to the subdean and treasurer of Lincoln.
