Mandate to cite William archbishop of York, and all concerned in the cause between Boniface de Salutiis, papal chaplain, rector of Camesal, Almember, and Penigston, held by dispensation of Clement V. and the said. archbishop, who has deprived him of the same, and has given Camesal to Michael de Meldon, Almember to Henry de Leychestria, and Penyston to Richard de Walton. To cardinal Gaucelin. Declaration that Henry de Stamford, monk of Durham, to whom papal reservation has been made of a benefice in the gift of the prior and convent of the same, shall not obtain it to the prejudice of the said cardinal, to whom reservation has been made of a benefice in the several dioceses of York and Canterbury.
