Request and exhortation assign to the same Master Rigaud, for three years, the first fruits, as ordered in the above mandate. Promulzation of the truce between Edward, king of England, Robert de Brus, self-styled king of Scotland; all those who the said truce being excommunicated. Concurrent mandate to Gaucelin, cardinal of SS. Marcellinus Peter, and Luke, cardinal of St. Mary's in Via Lata, sent the pope to negotiate the said truce, to whom orders are to issue sentence of excommunication against those who the same.
