A question having arisen about the chancellorship and annexed prebend, an appeal was made to the pope, who appointed an auditor, but during the hearing of the case Pontius died. Tido has canonries and prebends in Lichfield and Beauvais, which he is allowed to retain. Concurrent mandate to the dean of Bordeaux and two others named.
