To the archdeacon of Suffolk. Mandate to restore to Walter de Wlpec, a poor priest of the diocese, the right he had by papal provision to a benefice in the gift of the prior and convent of St. Mary's and All Saints, Westacre; but which he, onan agreement made by Master Nicholas de Witcherche, canon of Lincoln, acting for the bishop of Norwich between him and the prior and convent, renounced, on condition of receiving a pension of 20s, until he got a benefice of 102. which has not been given him, although many of that value have become void.
